Roxann Ashworth (St. Tabitha)
"The story of Tabitha (Dorcus) is read every year on the third Sunday
after Pascha (Easter). The first Orthodox Sunday service we attended
after we had decided to become Orthodox was Pascha, and when I heard
the reading for Tabitha three weeks later, I thought to myself that
she was the person I would like to be my patron saint. I like that
she was known for her generosity and her needlework."
